prosecutor general's office

Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office has denied that NABU head Semen Kryvonos was served a notice of suspicion, contradicting suspended chief Ruslan Kravchenko. This deepens the corruption scandal over call-centre protection and raises questions about anti-corruption progress.

Allegations that a department head in Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office protected fraudulent call centres have prompted internal checks by Prosecutor General Kravchenko, who also faces scrutiny over his own assets. The scandal threatens Kyiv's anti-corruption credibility with Western partners.
